We've teamed up with the wonderful Cheese on Sea a new Cheesemonger in Hastings for a special cheese & wine night. Join us to celebrate the launch of Cheese on Sea’s new vegan cheese counter. 

Cheese - £18

Honestly Tasty ~ Veganzola Blue
An award-winning, authentically blue gorgonzola style cheese. Matured over several weeks and made with real Penicillium Roqueforti, has a smooth but firm almond base with the distinct blue taste you've been missing.

Honestly Tasty ~ Shamenbert
Styled on Camembert, has an authentic rind and indulgent, creamy centre. Infused with truffle oil to create rich, earth tones.

Palace Culture ~ Kimcheese
Pure organic cashews and Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt gives it a rich natural creamy cheesy flavour, covered with a mix of Korean chilli flakes.. The chilli is not hot and adds an earthy and sweeter touch.

Palace Culture ~ Truffled Ash

This semi-soft cashew cheese with Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt and live cultures, freshly ground organic black pepper and white truffle oil to give this cheese a rich and luxurious creamy flavour, covered in activated black ash.

Palace Culture ~ Ubairaco

Ubriaco, slightly tangy, aged for 4 weeks, infused in organic Malbec red wine. Made of three simple ingredients and fermented over 24hrs, Organic cashew milk, live cultures and Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt.

Smoked Chedda, the grandfather of cheeses. This delicious cheese has been aged to perfection, and donned in a jacket of smoked paprika. Civilised, but with a hint of spice!

Delicious cashew cheese infused with Italian herbs, bursting with Mediterranean flavours to complement notes of citrus and floral.

I Am Nut Ok ~ C’e Diary ~ Vegan Cheddar style

Boasting a strong, extra mature flavour, this umami bomb also gives you hints of salty, sweet, sour, and bitter all underneath a crust of light fruity, earthy, acai superberry powder!

I Am Nut Ok ~ Minerthreat ~ Smoky Charcoal

A bold, smoky cashew cheese ripened in a coat of activated coconut charcoal ash also features a gorgeous black vein running down the center. A depth of woody, hickory flavours give body to the cashew nut’s natural creaminess.

Biscardo Oropasso 2019 - Italy - Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections. Delicate with floral notes and hints of citrus fruits and yellow flesh fruits. Fresh, mineral and very well structured and well balanced. 125ml

Chateauneuf Du Pape – Domaine Chante Cigale 2016 - France - Blackberry, plum, cigar, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon. Medium heavy body, big fruit, silky tannins, bright acidity on a medium long finish. 125ml

Krohn Colheita Tawny 2007 - Portugal - The harmonious and complex nose has a rich base of molasses and butterscotch aroma mingled with notes of plum and raisin, hints of black tea leaf and cigar box and fleeting floral scents. 100ml
